Breakfasts at the Jackson House are created out of passion for local, organic producers and culinary experiences throughout the area. A member of the Vermont Fresh Network, we love sourcing the freshest local ingredients available from farms within a 30-minute radius of Woodstock. Equally, we take pride in recommending the places we consider to be very special contributors to Vermont’s food culture. We are happy to share our guests’ favorite breakfast courses and Jackson House Inn recipes, in addition to our local restaurant, brewery, distillery and producer recommendations.

Breakfasts are typically two courses and feature finely roasted local coffees, perfect teas, and a choice of a savory or sweet second course.
