- And to close the month during Memorial Day Weekend, Billings Farm & Museum presents a kickoff to Dairy Month with “Cows and Camembert Weekend” on May 28 & 29. Finally – an amazing opportunity – Memorial Day weekend is also “Open Studio Weekend” in the state. Artists open their doors and invite you to see their work in the studios where their talents create works of art.
